This was a collaboration with a friend to build an interactive video game controller. It could be used for any game, but we only ever used it to play Mario Kart because we never got tired of playing Mario Kart.

It was meant to be controlled by three people at once: one person had to shine a laser pointer at a moving target to fire the shell, one person to ride a bike for acceleration, and one person to steer with the giant lever. We debuted it at Richmond's Maker Fest, and there was a line to play all day. Not sure why Nintendo hasn't picked it up yet.
