This is a smart thermostat used to run the central HVAC units at Vector Space. It has gone through many iterations, but the general idea is that it efficiently keeps the space at a nice temperature. It knows when there are people in the space, it trys to predict when people will be in the space, it knows the temperature outside and the weather forcast and how long it takes to heat and cool the space under those conditions. It's not quite ready for production, but it works pretty damn well.
